These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, 1-year limited warranty and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Daily Vac, 515 43rd St, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405, United States (“Daily Vac”, “we”, “us”).

2. What we sell: open box, never used

We sell two Roborock machines: the Qrevo 2 Pro robot vacuum and mop with its multifunctional dock, and the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 wet and dry vacuum mop with steam. Both are sold as open box — never used. The box has been opened, but the machine has never been used. Each comes complete with everything listed under In the box on its product page, in its original Roborock box. Specifications on the product pages are the manufacturer’s published figures for each model. The full explanation is on our condition page.

3. The free gift with the Qrevo 2 Pro

Every Qrevo 2 Pro comes with a free gift of genuine Roborock Dust Bag ×6 and Roborock Mop Cloth ×4, packed in the same shipment. The gift is included in the price of the machine; it is not sold separately and cannot be exchanged for cash. What happens to it if you return the machine is set out in our returns policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout. If a machine is priced in error or becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and offer a full refund; we never charge a different price without asking first.

5. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

6. Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.

7. Safe use

Read the Roborock user manual before first use. Charge and run each machine only with the dock and power cable supplied, do not modify it, and do not use it with a damaged dock, plug or cable. The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 produces steam and hot water: keep hands and feet away from the cleaning head while it is steaming, and follow the warnings in the manual.

8. Warranty

Every machine is covered by our 1-year limited warranty, provided by Daily Vac. Roborock’s own manufacturer warranty may not apply to an open-box unit sold by an independent retailer. Our warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, United States.

Daily Vac is an independent retailer. Roborock is a trademark of its owner and identifies the products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roborock. The warranty on units we sell is provided by Daily Vac, not by Roborock.
