Open box, never used: what it means
We sell two Roborock machines, the Qrevo 2 Pro and the F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2, as open box — never used. Here is exactly what that means for the machine you receive.
- Open box: the box has been opened.
- Never used: the machine itself has not been used.
- Complete with everything in the box, in its original Roborock box, covered by our 1-year warranty.
What “open box” means here
The original Roborock box has been opened, so we do not sell the machine as new. The machine inside has never been used.
What is in the box
- Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro: the robot vacuum, the multifunctional dock, the dock base, the power cable, the rotating mop module (1 set) and the user manual.
- Roborock F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2: the wet and dry vacuum, its self-cleaning dock, and everything else Roborock packs in the box.
The free gift with the Qrevo 2 Pro
Every Qrevo 2 Pro comes with genuine Roborock accessories, free and packed in the same shipment: Roborock Dust Bag ×6 (disposable dust bags for the auto-empty dock) and Roborock Mop Cloth ×4 (replacement mop cloths for the spinning mops). The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 does not come with a gift.
How you are covered
- 30-day returns from delivery — see our returns policy.

The machines themselves

F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2: a cordless wet and dry vacuum mop with 25,000 Pa suction, 356°F VaporFlow 2.0 steam, 194°F running hot water, up to 100 minutes of runtime (Auto mode, Eco suction) and a 180° lie-flat design. Its dock washes and dries the roller.
